Come to the last A3 exercise that we did in class,
which is a new method - RAnDOM WoRD/IMaGe.
This is quite interesting method but also a simple method which can bring us go further.
The task for this week is to Create a scary image or object that will instill fear among people throughout the ages.
"Wow!" is the first thing come to our mind,
how to create a scary image or object from a cute cute kitten????
But at the Last we also done by using our creativity and also think out of logic.
We follow step by step and understand what's the method teaching about and also had discuss among our group.

Yes,I also found that we can easily created something new by random words or image.Our creativity is absolutely beyond our expectations.So,we need to belief our imagination and creativity.
ReplyDeleteThis exercise (random association) teach me to find the characteristic of a subject and make it something we want too(scary). Even it's just a cat, but all of us have different design and different creativity to draw it.
ReplyDeleteActually,I think cat are really cute...don't you think so?I can not imagine where is scared on a cat.XD.But in this way,I can think more and do more.Everything have two sides,good and bad,so we can consider which is good and which is bad.Design is also like this,we should find the best idea to show.
ReplyDeleteIn this exercise, I learned these feature of something(maybe animal or plant) change to another sample of unexpected. This is a best exercise to training creativity for designers.
ReplyDeleteOmg!using a kitten to make a scary object? No,it just usig the kitten's characteristic as idea to make a scary thing.There's very useful for thinking out of box.For my example,i use other animal sound change to the kitten sound 'miao'.it will be weird and scary if heard a snake has the sound 'miao'.So that i think there is a very creative thinking.
ReplyDeleteI have pick the random word from a cat's characteristic of claws, green eyes, teeth and tail to make a sentence that related to scary. Then I draw all of it to show how scary is the scary cat is, to learn how to bring out more of the feeling.
